#SmartTraveler

Well, Day 1 of our 3-week #ParisFashionWeek trip is over! The first day of any international trip is always the longest and hardest. Traveling for 36 hours in the same clothes, transferring airplanes and airports, baggage hiccups, customs, airline delays, hold patterns, weather, and grumpy people. BUT a #SmartTraveler never loses their cool because they are always prepared for the rest of the world. They will pack light for carry-on, check-in for flights in advance, take simple snacks and a Brita filtered bottle for water, have IDs and passports in easy access spaces, pack an extra change of clothes, compression socks for 7-hour non-stop flights, will take their Dramamine, no jet lag pills, their Tylenol and drink water, not wine. They will take a little travel blanket, extra charged battery packs, a neck pillow, and wired earbuds for when your wireless ones die. A smart traveler takes a mini mouthwash, ChapStick, and a small lotion to freshen up mid-trip. In the end, a smart traveler is a happy traveler. Hello Paris!
